Usually it is the customer¡¯s responsibility to prepare foundation of East building. This includes site clearance and construction of the foundations. We design very easy foundations for customer, it can be located on an uneven surface or a sloping area. Foundation was designed all as per ground conditions and we generally design and provide the concrete slab as foundation. For a permanent solution, most customers provide a concrete slab with ring beam on which to secure the building and side walls which near the ground.
